The design includes a movable piston with a black indicator ring.When grease fills the hub, the piston extends outward about 1/8 inch, indicating the hub is full.If the piston retracts, it signals the need for additional grease.A pressure relief mechanism prevents over-pressurization, protecting the inner seal from damage. Grease can be added through a central grease fitting located on the piston.The lubricant level and pressure can be checked by pressing on the of the piston.If the piston moves slightly, the hub is properly filled.The outer barrel and internal components are made of stainless steel to enhance durability in corrosive conditions.
