Oatmeal raisin cookies and tropical aromas dominate the nose, though dried pineapple is soon overtaken by cinnamon spice, vanilla bean, and grape jelly. The palate is rich with flavors of chocolate and espresso, then playful notes of raspberry syrup. Flourless chocolate cake, more fruit, and a good deal of heat make for a tantalizing finish.
