Fat Inner Tube

The REVOLOOP.fat was developed as a lightweight tube for fat bikes with tyre widths from 3.8 to 5 inches. With a weight of only about 160 grams in the 26-inch version, it reduces the moving, rotating mass on the wheel by about 250 grams per wheel compared to conventional butyl tubes, making the bike more agile. At the same time, it increases flank stability and brings you safely through demanding curves.

Despite its lightweight, this tube has high puncture and snakebit resistance. This ensures puncture resistance and safety on the trail. The material formulation specially developed for this tube combines a very high mechanical strength with simultaneous elasticity of the material and thus enables the innovative, specific property profile of this bicycle tube.

The valve is made of particularly impact and break-resistant thermoplastic material and is ahead of its time. Minimum weight coupled with maximum performance.  A specially designed valve foot prevents damage to the hose due to sharp edges on the valve bore. The tough plastic minimises valve breakage during the toughest trails with low air pressure.
