It comes with a one-year warranty on electrified components and a lifetime warranty on hardware components. The maximum door height is 7' (2134mm), with an optional height up to 10'. The latch is from the 4500 SVR tested configuration for Miami-Dade County, Florida NOA #17-1226.23, featuring a panic threshold and no bottom strike. This hardware complies with ANSI/BHMA A156.3-2014 Grade 1 standards and is UL305 listed for panic hardware. It is also UL10C positive pressure rated and UL10B neutral pressure rated, meeting ANSI 117.1 standards for accessible buildings and facilities.
