EATING INSTRUCTIONS We strongly recommend either baking or toasting our bagels to get the full benefit of the unique New York crust! THAWING: Allow bagels to thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes. IN A HURRY? MICROWAVE: Wrap frozen bagel in paper towel. Place in microwave for 20-25 seconds before baking or toasting. BAKE: Preheat oven to 425-450 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake 5-7 minutes depending upon oven. Allow to cool before eating. TOAST: Slice bagel and toast 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool before eating."
