Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated. Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place. To make 1 liter: 1. Place 1 cup (250 ml) water in shaker then add 1 cup or 14 tablespoons (125 g) of powder. 2. Swirl container to wet powder. 3. Then shake vigorously for 10 seconds. 4. Add 2 cups (500 ml) water, give another shake and place in refrigerator overnight. Shelf Life: Should be produced date to Best Before Date , unrefrigerated (keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place). Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated.Lot number - Lot number refers to production date not expiry date. For example: Lot 100518-0201 is produced on May 10, 2018. Best Before Date - YYYYMM e.g. 2019JA means the products best before date is year 2019 month of January Uses: For drinking, cooking, and baking.
