The Monstrum Shrapnel Offset Riser mount offers the same rock solid performance as the rest of our riser mount line, but with 2.5 inches of forward extension for more flexible optic placement and eye relief positioning. The picatinny base measures 2.5 inches (or 5 picatinny slots) in length while the top rail measures 5.5 inches (14 total picatinny slots). The rail extends an extra 2.5 inches over the front of the base, allowing for more forward positioning of long eye relief optics. Available in high and low profile versions. The high profile mount provides 0.88 inches of rise over the receiver rail. The low profile mount provides 0.38 inches of rise. The Picatinny base is equipped with custom recoil stop bolts that slot seamlessly into your Picatinny rail with zero wiggle - guaranteed to hold zero against the toughest of recoil. The single piece machined 6061 grade aluminum profile is designed to shave off precious ounces of weight. Uses hardened steel Torx mounting hardware to prevent stripping of the bolts.
