For 04-20 F150 2WD, it will raise the rear 3" as there is no stock block; For 04-08 F150 4WD, it will raise the rear 1" as it has 2'' stock blocks; For 09-20 F150 4WD, it will raise the rear 1.5" as it has 1.5'' stock blocks.

Please note: Kit Thickness may not be equal to actual Lift Height due to suspension geometry (ratio may not be 1:1). The real thickness of the front spacer is around 2" and the rear block is 2.5", but they will raise the front of your truck by a true 3" and the rear by 3".
