Northern White Cedar Rectangle Grilling Planks (6"x18" 30 Count)

Our traditional rectangle grilling planks are cut from fresh cedar logs on our mills daily. White cedar is only found here in Maine and Northern NH. It is non-toxic as compared to the common red cedar found elsewhere. We cut our planks in a special way that lets our planks smoke easily when grilling or in the oven to allow for the rich cedar smoke to combine with the savory sap of the wood. This combination gives salmon and other entree's an exquisite taste experience not found with other cedar plank offerings. Our rectangle planks come in five different sizes depending upon the use: 3x4, 4x6, 6x6, 6x12, 6x18 inches. From the appetizer size to whole fillet buffet size, we have you covered.
