EC3000 Glamour Clear is ideal for cars, trucks, motorcycles, R.V.'s and marine applications.Technical Information:Mixing Ratio: Must be mixed at a 2:1 ratio with SH1002 Medium Activator (optimized for 65-80F), or SH1003 Slow (optimized for 75-95F).Tip Size: 1.2 mm - 1.4 mmCompliant Spraygun: 15-35 P.S.I. at the Gun InletHVLP Spraygun: 8-10 P.S.I. at the Air CapApply over R&E Urethane Basecoat with 1 hour minimum up to 24 hours maximum or prep the OEM surface by sanding with P600-P800 wet or P500-P600 dry, then clean with a wax and grease remover.Spray Application:2-3 medium-wet coatsFirst Coat - Allow 10-15 minutes flash time.Second Coat - Allow 15-20 minutes flash time.Air Dry for 18-24 hours before buffing. Bake Booth - Allow 15 minute purge then 40 minute bake at 140F. Can be polished after 1 hour cool down.Spray Equipment Cleanup: Clean immediately when finished using Spray Gun Cleaner or Lacquer Thinner.
