Indigo PDF simplifies the process of signing PDF documents. Follow these steps to sign a PDF using Indigo PDF:

  1. Browse PDF from Local Storage:
    • Use the application’s file selection or upload feature to choose the PDF document that you want to sign. The selected PDF will load on the screen.
  2. Choose Signature Type:
    • You have three signature options to choose from:
      • Upload Image Signature: If you have a pre-created image of your signature, you can upload it to the PDF.
      • Add Text Signature: You can type your signature as text, which the application will convert into a signature-style font.
      • Draw Signature: Use your mouse or a digital pen to draw your signature directly on the PDF.
  3. Position Your Signature:
    • Once you’ve chosen the signature type, you can drag and drop the added signature to the desired location on the PDF page. This allows you to place your signature precisely where it’s needed.
  4. Save the Signed PDF:
    • After positioning the signature, you can save the signed PDF by clicking the “Download PDF” or “Save” button. The signed PDF will be saved with your signature in the designated location.
  5. Confirmation:
    • You will receive confirmation that the PDF has been successfully signed with your chosen signature type, and the signed document is ready for use or distribution.
