Cropping a PDF visually in Indigo PDF allows you to trim and remove unwanted areas or margins from your PDF pages. Here’s how you can do it:
- Upload Your PDF: Upload the PDF document that you want to crop.
- Access the Crop Tool: Look for the “Crop” or “Crop Page” feature. Typically, you can find this tool in the “Page” or “Edit” menu.
- Select Crop Area:
- Activate the crop tool and drag your mouse cursor to create a cropping box around the area you want to keep.
- Resize and position the cropping box as needed to select the specific content you want to retain.
- Apply the Crop:
- Once you have defined the cropping area, click the “Apply” or “Crop” button to remove the unwanted parts of the page.
- Apply to Multiple Pages (if needed):
- If you want to apply the same cropping to multiple pages in your PDF, look for an option to “Apply to All Pages” or a similar feature. This is particularly useful when you want to crop several pages in a consistent manner.
- Save the Modified PDF: After cropping the pages, save the modified PDF document by clicking a “Save” or “Download” button.
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation that the cropping has been successfully applied to your PDF document.
Note: Currently Indigo PDF supports Single Page PDF Cropping only, we will update multiple pages in future enhancements
By following these steps, you can visually crop your PDF pages using Indigo PDF. This feature is handy for eliminating unwanted white space, margins, or any extraneous content to tailor your document to your specific needs.
